How can I file a claim?

In the event of a claim, we will provide you with your policy number and cancellation documents to open the file on the Europeassistance website. The claim must be made within 3 days of the expected arrival date. The penalty applied by us will be reimbursed directly by the insurance.


We inform you that the aforementioned reimbursement by the insurance may be subject to variable times independent of Human Travel.
